Rockin For A Cure Charity Concert

Alexander Stockton has several family members and friends who have recently been diagnosed with diabetes or cancer. This has motivated this teenage high school student to put on a Charity Concert to raise money to help fight Diabetes and Cancer.  Alexander and his band "Unforgiven Grace" will be appearing along with several other bands at Alyssa'a Acres on Sunday, August 16th from 6:45pm tp 11:00pm. Alyssa's Acres is located on 2 mile line between Stuart and Glasscock on the north side of the road. The entrance fee for this worthwhile event is $10. All money raised will go to the RGV Diabetes Association and the Renaissance Cancer Foundation. Food and drinks will be sold. The event will be run by students from the IB Academy in McAllen who are volunteering their time to this worthy cause. Lets all make sure that we help this worthwhile and noble cause.
